Z Squared’s mission is to build AI-ready infrastructure by acquiring, developing and operating power-advantaged, grid-connected sites. We start with the scarcest input—POWER—then add the cooling, density, fiber, security and operating capabilities required to support modern AI workloads. Our model is to lease that capacity to AI and HPC tenants under long-term agreements. Our initial objective is 100 MW of AI-ready capacity.

This is the one layer Z Squared does not build. Our model is to lease capacity to tenants who bring their own GPUs, servers, and workloads. Everything beneath them (power, cooling, density, fiber, security, remote hands, operations) is ours to deliver and to keep running.
